As the Managing Director of Pro Elite United, Leon consistently empowers and guides players with immense potential, ranging from U9 to U16 age groups, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to enhance their football careers. Moreover, he partners with professional CAT1-standard clubs to devise player recruitment strategies, which are then imparted to the athletes he mentors.
